At PA MART, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or spoiled upon delivery
• You received the wrong item
• An item is missing from your order
• The product quality is unacceptable

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Fresh meat, chicken, and fish (after acceptance)
• Opened or used products
• Perishable food items after 24 hours
• Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer

3. Refunds

• Full refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
• Refund issued to original payment method or store credit
• Processing time: 3–7 business days

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be provided via:

• Bank transfer
• UPI transfer
• Store wallet credit

4. Replacement

A replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
• Orders cannot be cancelled once out for delivery
• Same-day delivery orders may not be eligible for cancellation
